Dr. Zhuang is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Textile Science and Engineering of Tiangong University. He has been selected as the leader of Tianjin 131 innovation team, the first level innovative talent of Tianjin 131, and the discipline leader of Tianjin universities. He has won the May 1 Labor Medal of Tianjin, the exemplary individual of Teaching Pioneer Tianjin Education System, and the Textile Light Teacher Award. He mainly engaged in research on fiber materials and functional membrane materials, led and completed more than 20 projects, including the National Key R&D Plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Innovation Special Zone Project of the Science and Technology Commission of the Central Military Commission, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Tianjin Natural Science Foundation. He has published more than 120 SCI research papers in prestigious journals, including ACS Nano, Adv. Func Material, Chem Eng. J., J Mater Chem A, etc. He has 4 highly cited papers, more than 20 authorized invention patents, 4 scientific and technological achievements transformation. He has won 1 second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, and 6 provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological awards.
