Dr. Ye works in the School of Textile Engineering and Art, Anhui Agricultural University. He is a doctoral supervisor and PI of the biomass-based sustainable materials research group. Currently, he serves as a youth editorial board member of domestic journals such as “Journal of Textile Science” and “Journal of Basic Science of Textile Universities”. He has been engaged in designing aligned nanostructures and developing extreme-performance development of cellulose and has expanded the research methods of aggregated structure design of Raman imaging auxiliary materials. He has led projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation, the Foundation of the Department of Education Guangdong Province, and the State Key Laboratory of Pulp and Paper Engineering, South China University of Technology. He has published 47 research papers with citation over 1650 times and an H-index of 19 in journals such as Adv. Mater., Nano Lett., ACS Nano, Nano Energy, Nano Res, etc., and he also has 9 authorized invention patents.
