Dr. Chen is a researcher and doctoral supervisor, the Principal Investigator (PI) at the State Key Laboratory of Polymer Materials Engineering, winner of the National Outstanding Youth Fund. Dr. Chen obtained his bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees from Sichuan University, Sun Yat-sen University, and Fudan University, respectively. Subsequently, he conducted postdoctoral research in the Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto, Canada. In December 2017, Dr. Chen joined Fudan University, where he primarily focuses on research related to novel flexible electronic materials, devices, and applications in information interaction. He has authored numerous papers as a corresponding author in prestigious journals such as Nature and Nature Nanotechnology. His research work has been recognized in the Top Ten Advances in Chinese Science in 2021 and the Top Ten Emerging Technologies in the Global Chemistry Field by IUPAC. Some of his achievements have found industrial applications. Dr. Chen has received several academic honors, including the Youth Chemistry Award from the Chinese Chemical Society and the Shanghai Youth Science and Technology Rising Star Award.
