Dr. Guan is the chairperson of ISO/TC38/SC1 since 2018, and she serves as the Head of Key Laboratory of Silk Engineering at Soochow University. Her research interest focuses on development of green flame retardant and application on textiles, light multifunctional modification of textiles and recycling of waste textiles. She has won Excellence award of 24th China Patent Award and 4 province level Sci-tech awards, 2 Suzhou standardization contribution awards. She has published more than 150 research papers and been authorized more than 40 invention patents. She was the Chief Editor of the book named Textile Sustainable Dyeing and Printing Technology.
